COSMOS CONDOS 3 COMING SOON TO VAUGHAN's "New Downtown"
Cosmos Condos is a new mixed-use development of residential, office and commercial use space with a public square by Liberty Development Corporation coming soon to 180 and 190 Maplecrete Road and 2951 Regional Road 7 in Vaughan, Ontario. It will be located in the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre which will be the City's "new downtown". There will be four proposed towers ranging from 25 to 35 storeys in height and will also include a 12 storey office building. Podiums will range in height from four storeys to 10 storeys and the development will be constructed in three phases.

The VMC is projected to accommodate approximately 11,000 jobs and 25,000 residents by the year 2031 with about 5,000 new office jobs, 1,500 new service and retail jobs and about 12,000 residential units. The new proposed planned subway terminal at Highway 7 and Millway Avenue will connect downtown Union Station and York University to Vaughan.
Cosmos Condos 3is located on Highway 7 with easy access to Highway 400 and Highway 407. It is also near York University, Vaughan Mills Shopping Centre and Canada's Wonderland. There are many shops, restaurants and offices in the vicinity. This is an area where you can live, work and play.
